Commercial Office Flood Extraction & Drying

Commercial Office Flood Extraction & Drying — Georgetown

Commercial Office Flood Extraction & Drying in Georgetown

A burst supply line flooded an open-plan office over a weekend. We extracted the water overnight, removed wet carpet tile and dried the space so the team could return Monday.

The Challenge

Water covered the break room, several private offices and part of the open work area. Carpet tile, drywall edges and furniture legs were wet, and the business needed to reopen as quickly as possible.

Our Solution

Our crew arrived the same evening, extracted standing water, pulled up wet carpet tile and bagged debris for removal. Dehumidifiers and air movers were placed by zone, and baseboards were removed where readings showed wicking. We logged temperature, humidity and material readings each day and handled debris haul-off with a box truck.

  • Same-night water extraction
  • Removal and haul-off of wet carpet tile
  • Zone-based drying plan for an open office
  • Daily psychrometric and moisture readings
  • Coordination with building management
