Office Suite Flood Cut & Drying in North Austin

A plumbing failure flooded a small office suite. We removed wet flooring and flood-cut the walls, then dried the suite ahead of the tenant’s move-in.

The Challenge

The suite was between tenants and the new lease started in under two weeks, so the drying and repairs had to be finished on a tight schedule.

Our Solution

We removed the wet flooring, flood-cut the walls two feet up and set dehumidifiers and air movers to dry the slab and wall cavities. Drying logs were sent to the property manager daily, and our reconstruction crew started drywall as soon as the readings hit dry standard.
